The Hagar Association was established in 2006 to create a shared space for Arabs and Jews in the Negev based on the values of equality and multiculturalism.

 

By promoting bilingual education,  both formal and informal, fostering a dynamic Arab Jewish community, and creating opportunities for Jews and Arabs to share cultural experiences, Hagar seeks to create a new and sustainable civic paradigm for the future of the Negev.
