What are our pedagogical purposes and goals?

• High academic achievements and realization of the academic potential of every child.
• Preparing the students for coping with technological challenges, and giving them an equal opportunity in the advancing global society.
• Development of the child as a curious, creative and active learner, and as a critical and independent thinker.
• Acquiring two languages, Hebrew and Arabic, as an effective tool of cognitive development and as a basis for studying different cultures.
• Preparation of the preschoolers towards the first grade, with an emphasis on literacy and math.
• Teaching reading, writing and comprehension in the two languages, Hebrew and Arabic, to the first-graders.

How do we implement this?

In order to achieve these goals, we create an active learning environment for small and heterogeneous learning groups. The schedule is suited to topical teaching of different fields of knowledge, and uses varied and advanced teaching approaches. Running our framework requires developing a professional and competent staff that will be continuously guided in coping with the challenges of the system, having to do with values as well as the organizational structure. This guidance is given by professionals in the relevant spheres, along with guidance and supervision by the Ministry of Education.
